Direct Billing to Insurance

We cooperate with international healthcare insurance/assistance companies, which makes it possible for us to accept direct billing services for our clients.
Thanks to direct billing you can use Your Health Clinic services without cash on the day of your visit, saving you valuable time. Please note that this service depends on the contract conditions with your insurance company.
You can find the list of cooperating insurance companies below. If you haven’t found your insurance company on the list, we can still try to manage your direct billing - just let us know.

1. Contact your insurance or assistance company before you visit Your Health Clinic and ask for a guarantee of payment.

2. Our clinic needs to receive your guarantee of payment before you come to your doctor’s appointment.

3. Please show your national insurance card at the reception.

If it is convenient for you, our insurance manager will contact your insurance company and request a letter of guarantee.
