Dr. Anar Kystaubayeva graduated from Semey State Medical Academy in Semey, specializing in "General Medicine." She was awarded second place in a student conference in the pathology section and in obstetrics-gynecology.
Continuing her education, Anar successfully completed her internship in obstetrics and gynecology, where she was recognized as the best intern in 2003. Later, she pursued her education at Semey State Medical University, earning a Master's degree in Medicine in 2014.
Anar continued her education in the field of medicine in a doctoral program, specializing in medicine, and successfully defended her PhD. In 2019, she obtained primary specialization in oncology and mammology at the Astana Medical University.
She is currently actively pursuing further education in business administration at City Business School in Russia, where she is enrolled in an MBA program.
Anar serves as the head of the patient support and internal audit department. She successfully prepared the organization for National Accreditation and works in all programs and systems of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
She also conducts expertise on obstetric cases, implements a patient safety culture policy, and trains staff in compliance with National Accreditation principles. Thanks to her efforts, the organization has the lowest number of substantiated complaints over the past three years.
Anar demonstrates special leadership skills in managing the obstetric block and possesses all aspects of obstetric operations.
